I don’t want to pay by direct debit, can I pay another way?
We use GoCardless for all of our new customers, we don’t accept any other form of payment. GoCardless is the easiest and safest way to pay, you will only pay for our window cleaning services after we have visited your property, and you will be notified by GoCardless of the amount and date the funds will be taken. We do not accept cash or bank transfer.
Will I be notified before GoCardless payment is taken?
Yes, you will receive an email from GoCardless which will notify you of the amount to be taken and the date it is to be collected. You can expect payment to be collected 5 days after we have cleaned your windows.
Is GoCardless the same as a monthly direct debit?
No, payment is only initiated through GoCardless after we have cleaned your windows. It does not collect a fixed amount every month.
Will payment be taken even if my windows haven’t been cleaned?
No, we have to initiate payment with GoCardless, so you will only ever pay for the window cleaning services you have received.
I’m going away for a while and won’t need my widows cleaned during that time, should I cancel the direct debit set up?
It is not necessary to cancel your GoCardless as payments are only ever collected after we have cleaned your windows. If you are having a break from our regular window cleaning services, payments will only resume once we re-start and clean your windows again.
If I no longer want my windows cleaned, can I cancel GoCardless?
Yes, you have complete control and can cancel anytime.
Can GoCardless be used for other one off payments for your other service?
Yes, if you are already set up with GoCardless for our window cleaning services, then we can use this to take payment for our other external cleaning services if you would like to book these such as gutter cleaning, conservatory cleaning, etc.
